Legions Defense — Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and HIREX AI LLC, the publisher of Legions Defense ("we", "us"), 11820 Miramar Pkwy, Ste 125, Miramar, FL 33025, USA. By installing or playing Legions Defense (the "Game") or using our web store, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://legionsdefense.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and is responsible for your purchases.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and sign-in method secure. One person may not share, sell or transfer accounts. Nicknames must not impersonate others or be offensive; we may change or remove them.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, its content and its code belong to us or our licensors.
4. Rules of conduct
You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploits or unauthorized software; tamper with the Game, its servers or purchase validation; harass, threaten or abuse other players; sell or trade accounts, items or currency outside the Game; or break any law while using the Game.
5. Virtual items and currency
Crystals, battle pass levels, skins and other virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other accounts, and may be used only in the Game. We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items. Except where required by law or the store's own refund rules, purchases are final.
6. Battle Pass Premium subscription
- Battle Pass Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks premium rewards of the current season while it is active.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account or web store payment method at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or in the web store account for web subscriptions. Deleting the Game does not cancel it.
- After cancellation, premium access lasts until the end of the paid period. Rewards you have already claimed stay in your account.
7. Refunds
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. Web store refunds follow our Refund Policy at https://legionsdefense.com/refunds. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the related items or currency, and your crystal balance may become negative.
8. Online service and changes
The Game requires an internet connection. We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If we shut down the Game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game where possible.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with loss of virtual items where the breach is serious. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Broward County, Florida have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to sue at home.
13. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, is not responsible for claims relating to the Game, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms against you.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and notify you in the Game of material changes. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them.
