Delete your account

You can delete your Legions Defense account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — in the Game (recommended)

Open Legions Defense and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have the Game installed or cannot sign in, send a deletion request to privacy@legionsdefense.com from the email address you use to contact us about this account. Please include:

your player ID and nickname from Settings → Account;
the platform (iOS, Android or web store) and, if you have one, a store receipt or order number for a purchase on this account — this helps us confirm that the account is yours.

We may ask for more information to verify that you own the account before we delete it.

What is deleted

your player account and the sign-in link to Apple or Google Play Games;
your profile: nickname, avatar and cosmetic choices;
friends list, friend requests and party invitations;
gameplay data: match history, rating and rank, Battle Pass and quest progress, achievements, leaderboard entries and in-game inventory, including your crystal balance;
your push notification token;
support messages you sent us, once they are no longer needed to handle a request.

What is kept

Purchase records — what was bought, when, the price and the store transaction identifiers — are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and refund purposes, as required by law.
Other records we must keep by law.

How long it takes

Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days of your request, except records we must keep by law.

Before you delete

Unused crystals, Battle Pass levels and rewards are lost and cannot be restored or refunded.
Deleting your account or the Game does not cancel Battle Pass Premium. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or in your web store account.
